Owner quick start guide
A profile gets responses when someone can tell, without messaging you, whether your vehicle fits what they need. This is the order we suggest setting things up in.
1. Set up the business first
- Use the business name people already know you by, so drivers recognise it from elsewhere.
- Add the city and counties you actually serve — Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach or a combination.
- Add a working phone number and, if you have one, your website. These are the two links people click most.
- If your business is already listed here, claim it instead of creating a second profile.
2. Add your first two vehicles
- Free accounts show up to two public listings, which is enough to test how your pricing lands.
- Start with the vehicles you most want rented, not the whole fleet.
- Fill in year, make, model and vehicle type exactly — these drive search filters.
3. Be specific about money and terms
- Weekly and monthly prices, deposit amount and whether the deposit is refundable.
- Mileage allowance and what an extra mile costs, if you charge for one.
- Minimum rental term and what happens if someone returns the vehicle early.
4. Say who the vehicle is for
- Mark the intended uses: rideshare, delivery, personal use or private-client work.
- List the requirements you actually enforce — age, licence history, platform account, deposit.
- If a vehicle is not allowed on certain platforms, say so on the listing rather than in the first reply.
5. Set response expectations you can keep
- Say when you reply and on which days, then reply in that window.
- Keep availability current: an inquiry about a vehicle that's already out wastes both sides' time.
Once the profile is live, check your insights after a couple of weeks. The numbers there are only the activity we actually recorded.
