Acceptance
By using South Florida Car Finder you agree to these terms and to our directory disclaimer and privacy policy.
The service
South Florida Car Finder publishes listings supplied by independent vehicle owners and fleet companies and passes driver inquiries to them. We do not rent vehicles or process rental payments.
Driver responsibilities
Provide accurate information in inquiries, contact providers in good faith, and independently verify insurance, eligibility and rental terms before entering any agreement.
Owner responsibilities
List only vehicles you are legally entitled to rent out. Keep pricing, deposit, mileage and availability accurate. Do not misstate insurance coverage or rideshare platform eligibility. Respond to inquiries promptly and honor advertised terms.
Prohibited conduct
No fraudulent or duplicate listings, no discriminatory requirements, no harvesting of contact details for unrelated marketing, no scraping, and no attempts to bypass moderation.
Moderation
We may reject, edit, unpublish or remove any listing and may suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.
Paid placements
Featured placement is advertising and is labeled. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee inquiries, rentals or revenue.
Free 90-day Founder trial
Eligible owners may activate one 90-day Founder trial per account. No payment details are collected and no charge can be made without your explicit, separately confirmed enrollment in a paid plan. If you do not enroll, the account returns to the Free plan on the stated end date with up to two public listings, at no cost and with no balance owed. Listings above that limit, along with their photos, details, conversations and business profile, are kept privately and are not deleted. Republishing a saved listing after an upgrade requires a fresh confirmation that the vehicle is still available.
Founder pricing window
Founder pricing is a fixed 12-month period beginning at the end of your original trial. It is never reset or extended by cancelling, downgrading, upgrading or switching plans, and it applies whether or not new Founder signups are open. A paid term is never sold at the Founder price beyond that fixed date: annual Founder terms are only available while a full year fits inside the window, and a term that crosses the date is billed at the Founder price for the days inside the window and the standard price for the remainder. After the window, standard pricing applies.
No warranty
The directory is provided as is. We do not warrant the accuracy of provider-supplied information or the outcome of any rental.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Car Finder is not liable for damages arising from any rental agreement, vehicle condition, insurance dispute or interaction between drivers and providers.
Messaging and content review
Inquiries and messages you exchange with fleets on South Florida Car Finder are stored on the platform. Our team may review conversations and reported content for customer support, spam prevention, safety, fraud investigation and enforcement of these terms. Reviews are read-only: staff cannot edit, delete or post messages as you, and every review is logged with the reviewer and the reason.
Blocking and enforcement
A fleet may block a driver, and a driver may block a fleet. Blocking stops new messages between those parties, keeps existing conversations readable, and can be reversed. Separately, we may restrict messaging or suspend an account platform-wide when our policies are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
