Account details (name, email, phone), driver preferences such as home ZIP and intended use, listing and company information submitted by owners, inquiry messages, and basic usage analytics like searches performed and listings viewed.
How we use information
To operate the directory, show relevant vehicles, deliver inquiries to the owner you contacted, moderate listings, prevent abuse, and improve search quality.
Sharing with vehicle providers
When you submit an inquiry, the name, email, phone, ZIP and message you provide are shared with that specific vehicle provider so they can respond. We do not sell your contact details to unrelated third parties.
Analytics
We record aggregate events such as searches, listing impressions and inquiries. Owners see counts for their own listings, never another driver's identity beyond the inquiries sent to them.
Data retention
Account and inquiry records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile details, remove saved searches and favorites, and turn off email alerts from your dashboard. Contact us to request account deletion.
Security
Data is stored with row-level access controls so that owners only see their own company data and drivers only see their own account data.
Message review
Messages you send through the platform inbox are stored so that you and the other party can refer back to them. Authorised staff may review conversations and reported content for support, spam prevention, safety and policy enforcement. Access is read-only, restricted to admin and moderator accounts, and each review is recorded with who accessed it, when and why.

We will post any material changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
